All About Me

My Journey

After having spent my whole adult life working in the corporate world I decided a new challenge and career was needed.  But what that exactly was, I didn't know.

Having left the UK in 2008, travelling around the world and visiting some extraordinary countries and meeting some interesting people,  I finally settled in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs where I spend the next eight years building a life and trying to figure out what it was I wanted to do.  I finally knew I wanted to help people!  To do something that felt rewarding at the end of the day and if I could be my own boss, well that would be a bonus.

I came across an introductory course in Massage Therapy and after a weekend of learning massage techniques and the beneficial aspects of massage, I knew this was the path for me.  I quickly enrolled in the Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy to ensure I didn't lose my momentum.  I qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2016 holding a Certificate IV allowing me to practice Relaxation massage.  Whilst also becoming a new mum to three boys, I continued my studies into the Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy, which I completed and graduated in 2019.

This new direction in career gave me a whole new look on life and allowed me to feel good about going to work each day.

I began my working career as a Massage Therapist in Sydney's Eastern suburb, Bondi, where I worked in a fantastic multi-disciplinary clinic.  I have since moved my family to Umina Beach and have opened my clinic to the wonderful people on the NSW Central Coast.

I am dedicated to my clients and passionate on ensuring they have the right treatment for their body.  Every treatment is tailored made to that client.  I enjoy being able provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to treat my clients.

I am constantly looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is essential for any good Massage Therapist.
